With 15+ years in mental health, I bring my expertise to work for you. Complex and overlapping issues of trauma, anxiety disorders, eating problems, body issues and relationships feel overwhelming. It’s my job to help you feel empowered again.

Research validated techniques offer a powerful way to reclaim your life. I offer a range, depending on your preferences including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-focused therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness and Somatic approaches.

I work with adults and young people, specializing in trauma, body image problems (including eating disorders), relationship issues (such as communication, boundaries, dealing with conflict) and mood disturbance, such as anxiety. I also coach clients to improve performance in specific areas, such as career or sport, communication style or wellness.
My work is dedicated to supporting people re-write unhelpful patterns and to re-discover their strength and resilience through deeper self awareness.
